Full Job Description

Dental Office Manager

We're looking for an experienced, organized, and patient-focused Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy dental practice. If you're a strong leader with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating outstanding patient experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the dental office
Lead, coach, and support the administrative team
Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize the appointment calendar
Verify insurance benefits and oversee billing and collections
Monitor office performance, production goals, and key metrics
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies
Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and compassion
Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to maintain efficient workflows
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff training

Qualifications

Previous dental office management experience preferred
Knowledge of dental practice management software (Dentrix)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with insurance verification, treatment planning, and financial arrangements
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care
