Full Job Description

Children’s Therapy Corner, a pediatric rehabilitation center, is looking for an individual to who can flourish in fast paced, dynamic office who can motivate, communicate, work with and within a team, and get the job done. Responsibilities for this position will include the following:

Primary Daily Scheduler for over 35 therapist and technicians
Optimize scheduling and meet productivity goals
Collect, analysis and report on statistics of attendance patterns of families

Report on current clinic capacity and assist with projecting future capacity and staffing needs
Exhibit excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with families and clinical team

Set and maintain boundaries with team members and families
Prove to be a top-notch problem-solver
Exhibit strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Applicant must have 2 years minimum experience in a similar job responsibilities. Applicant must submit cover letter and resume.
