About Final Approach
Final Approach Detailing is an appointment-only automotive appearance and protection company specializing in premium detailing, ceramic coatings, paint protection film, and window tint. Our reputation has been built on craftsmanship, professionalism, integrity, and delivering a true First-Class Service Experience.

What You'll Do
Every day will be different.
Some days you'll be coordinating customer appointments and responding to inquiries. Other days you'll be helping create social media content, organizing business projects, supporting marketing campaigns, preparing training materials, assisting with special events, or helping improve the systems that keep our business running smoothly.
Customer Experience
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries
- Schedule consultations and customer appointments
- Assist with proposals, follow-up communication, deposits, and scheduling
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after every appointment
- Help generate customer reviews and maintain long-term client relationships
Executive & Administrative Support
- Assist the owner with calendars, meetings, projects, and daily priorities
- Organize digital files, documentation, and office systems
- Coordinate vendors, supplies, and purchasing
- Help plan business events, training classes, and special projects
- Assist with reporting and administrative tasks
Marketing & Brand Support
- Capture photos and videos throughout daily operations
- Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
- Help tell the story of our company through authentic content
- Assist with email marketing, promotional campaigns, and community involvement
- Help maintain a consistent, professional brand presence
Business Operations
- Support day-to-day office operations

Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is helpful but not required:
- Administrative support
- Customer service
- Hospitality
- Marketing or social media
- Event planning
- Office management
- Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Automotive experience is not required.
We'll gladly teach you our industry.
We're much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, professionalism, and desire to grow.
- Assist with inventory and office organization

Compensation & Growth
Starting Compensation:$18.00–$24.00/hour, based on experience, qualifications, and growth potential.
This position also offers opportunities for performance-based compensation as responsibilities expand and measurable business objectives are achieved.

Schedule
- Part-Time (20–30 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday availability
- Daytime business hours
- Additional flexibility may occasionally be needed for training events or special projects
