Full Job Description

Our client, a government agency specializing in transportation and infrastructure, is seeking a Sr. .Net Developer you will be part of the Application Development Department supporting the IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: .Net Developer

Location: Lansing, Michigan

Pay Range: $45-60/hr

What's the Job?

Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise applications using ASP.NET MVC 5, C#, and .NET Framework 4.8.
Support and enhance existing applications, including ASP.NET Web Forms, Microsoft RDLC, and Crystal Reports.
Create and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and data access layers in Oracle 19c.
Participate in all phases of the application lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve performance and security concerns.

What's Needed?

8+ years of extensive .NET development experience with proven ability to design complex applications.
6+ years of database engineering expertise, including Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
6+ years of frontend development experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, adhering to modern web standards.
4+ years of backend services and integrations experience, including web service design and secure API integration.
Ability to work onsite in Lansing, MI, with local candidates preferred.
