We're looking for a warm, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Specialist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you're passionate about helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your career in healthcare-we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

Greet patients with a smile and deliver exceptional customer service
Handle incoming/outgoing calls using a multi-line phone system
Check patients in/out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments and referrals
Keep patient records and documentation accurate and up-to-date
Collaborate with team members and support daily office operations

What We're Looking For:
