Compensation:

$76,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service and ongoing support while building trust and establishing yourself as a valued financial resource
Utilize digital tools and data insights to prepare for client meetings and deliver personalized financial guidance
Complete a structured training program focused on financial planning, business development, and client relationship management
Develop lasting relationships with individuals, professionals, and business owners by understanding their financial priorities
Gather and analyze financial information to assist in developing personalized financial strategies and recommendations

Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop professional relationships
Experience in sales, customer service, account management, recruiting, business development, retail leadership, or other relationship-driven roles is preferred
Interest in financial planning, wealth management, and helping clients achieve long-term financial success
Ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations (sponsorship provided)
Strong initiative with a desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally
