Full Job Description

Champions is coming to Morrice Elementary School and hiring a Lead Teacher to work alongside our Site Director to lead our Elementary before & after school program.

This position requires:

A genuine love for kids
A minimum of 1 year experience in a licensed child care facility

Program Hours:

School Year Before School: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM
School Year After School: 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Weekends OFF

What You'll Do:

Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where kids feel supported and excited to learn
Build relationships with families, school staff and the wider community
Manage enrollment, scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day program operations
Ensure compliance with state childcare licensing regulations and health & safety standards
Be a positive role model for children in grades PK–6 every day
