What You'll Do...
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to oversee purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, and laboratory operations across our growing multi-location healthcare organization.
In this role, you will help improve supply availability, lab performance, cost control, service levels, and overall operational consistency while partnering closely with clinical, operations, finance, technology, and field teams.
This can be a remote position; however, the ideal candidate will preferably reside in Michigan, Georgia, Florida, Ohio. This will help ensure effective collaboration with our teams, alignment with business hours, and the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings or events as needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Team...
· Lead purchasing, inventory, and laboratory operations across multiple locations.
· Build consistent processes that improve ordering, replenishment, distribution, and issue resolution.
· Manage supplier and laboratory partner performance, including quality, pricing, turnaround time, service, and compliance.
· Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or patient care.
· Use data, reporting, and team feedback to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and support better decision-making.
· Support technology adoption for purchasing, inventory, laboratory tracking, vendor management, and reporting tools.
· Partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve provider experience, location satisfaction, and service delivery.

Qualifications...
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
· 10+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory, vendor management, laboratory operations, or related operations.
· 5+ years of leadership experience in a multi-site organization.
· Healthcare, dental, MSO, laboratory, medical, retail, distribution, or multi-location service experience preferred.
· Experience leading system implementations, vendor transitions, sourcing initiatives, or operational improvements preferred.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
