With the support of manufacturing industry partners, Learning Undefeated’s Manufacture Your Path development pathway combines award-winning immersive learning and technology to engage thousands of students each year with manufacturing careers. Designed for students in grades 9-12, this career-connected learning program highlights in-demand skills while connecting classroom learning to real-world manufacturing pathways.
Learning Undefeated operates the Breakout Box, a custom outfitted immersive learning space that travels to schools across Texas and other regions. Through hands-on experiences, interactive challenges, and classroom activities, the program introduces students and educators to manufacturing and biomanufacturing concepts in engaging and meaningful ways. This position is state wide Texas travel with specific emphasis in the areas of San Antonio, Tyler, Dallas, Houston and Manor.
Students participate in the Breakout Box: Manufacturing Challenge and Biomanufacturing Missions, where they apply computational and critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, and manufacturing skills aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). Schools also receive classroom kits and may host Manufacturing Night events that extend learning beyond the visit and provide additional opportunities for students and families to explore career and technical education (CTE) pathways.
This position supports the delivery and operation of these immersive experiences, helping inspire the next generation of skilled professionals through high-quality STEM and career-connected learning programs.
All program experiences are provided at no cost to schools. Learning Undefeated supplies the instructional materials, equipment, and facilitation necessary to deliver high-quality, collaborative learning experiences that encourage students to explore manufacturing careers and develop essential workforce skills.

Position Description
The Education Program Coordinator is a passionate and effusive ambassador for education, who inspires K-12 students to connect with STEM/manufacturing content and careers aboard custom-designed mobile learning spaces (mobile labs) that travel from school to school. Primary responsibilities include leading hands-on education experiences and helping youth connect with STEM career experiences, all inside our mobile laboratories or school classrooms.
The ideal candidate will have an interest and/or experience in manufacturing, science, technology, engineering, and/or math plus a passion for working with youth from all socioeconomic backgrounds.
In addition to interacting with students and teachers, the coordinator will also assist in the development of programs and curriculum, coordinating school visits, assisting schools with their requirements of any evaluation program, and support management of equipment, supplies and technology for the program.

Responsibilities include:
§ Facilitate Education Engagements: Bring your A-game to each and every class, connecting with students onboard the mobile laboratory and helping empower students to build an innovator identity. Facilitate Learning Undefeated curricula and programs to center youth engagement, including school visits, camps, afterschool programs, and public events. Create a positive and educational experience for all participants.
§ Logistics Coordination: Coordinate all logistics for school visits and events, including managing supplies, scheduling, technical operations of vehicle and software, and ensuring seamless execution of program activities.
§ Mobile Laboratory Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day care and maintenance of the mobile laboratory. This includes cleaning, technology troubleshooting, inventory management, and ensuring the vehicle is show-ready for activation.
§ Curriculum Support: Assist Learning Undefeated’s curriculum design team in developing curriculum, activities, and materials for middle and high school students and teachers. Ensure alignment with TEKs or other relevant standards.
§ Professional Development: Develop and present professional development sessions for educators. Tailor sessions to meet the needs of teachers and enhance their understanding of the curriculum and programming.
§ Brand Visibility: Compile materials such as program photos, student and teacher interviews, and other multimedia assets for promotional and reporting purposes.Represent Learning Undefeated at conferences, events, and other public engagements, serving as a spokesperson to promote the organization’s mission and initiatives.
§ Visitor and Volunteer Management: Host program visitors, volunteers and stakeholders, showcasing program successes. Oversee daily interactions with visitors and program volunteers, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
§ Admin Tasks: Complete essential record keeping tasks, including the accurate completion and submission of timesheets, expense reporting, and other required documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and timely processing.
Position requirements:
§ B.S. or equivalent technical degree, or certification in related field preferred
§ One year of professional or teaching experience in a related field preferred.
§ This position requires an individual with outstanding customer service and attitude who is friendly, outgoing and can work well as part of a team.
§ Travel with overnight stays statewide in Texas is required with potential for U.S. travel (90% travel). Travel expenses will be covered by Learning Undefeated.
§ The Coordinator must have their own vehicle, both for travel to work locations and for transport of supplies and equipment. Mobile laboratories typically spend one to two weeks at each school location before moving to a new school. Mileage over 30 miles per day will be reimbursed at the standard government per diem rate.
§ Must be available for up to three evening and weekend functions per month, with two weeks or more notice.
