Bilingual Accounting & Finance Coordinator

Location: Laredo, TX

Company: Mone Transport LLC

Pay: $800 - $1,000 per week

About Mone Transport

Mone Transport is a fast-growing transportation company specializing in cross-border freight between Mexico and the United States. With a fleet of more than 120 trucks, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Bilingual Accounting & Finance Coordinator to join our team in Laredo, TX.

Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Receivable and follow up with customers to ensure timely collections.
Manage Accounts Payable and process vendor payments accurately and on time.
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
Prepare invoices and verify customer payments.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances and collections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and financial institutions.
Coordinate with vendors regarding payment terms, credit accounts, and financing arrangements.
Assist management with financial reporting and administrative tasks.
Organize accounting documentation and maintain accurate records.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Collaborate with operations and management to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
Strong knowledge of:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Bank Reconciliations
General Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and financial institutions.
Experience handling collections in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.

Language Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
