We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our team within the independent insurance industry. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on a wide range of insurance products including property, casualty, health, and life insurance. Your energetic approach to outside sales and customer relationship building will help expand our client base and strengthen existing partnerships. You will leverage your negotiation skills and industry knowledge to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet clients' unique needs. Responsibilities

Develop and grow a robust portfolio of commercial insurance clients through proactive outside sales efforts and networking.
Identify client needs by conducting thorough analysis and assessment of their risk management requirements.
Present, negotiate, and close insurance policies that align with client goals while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, ongoing support, and regular communication.
Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, policy details, and client interactions.
Collaborate with underwriters and insurance providers to secure optimal coverage options at competitive rates.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide expert advice and maintain a competitive edge.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales within the retail or commercial insurance sectors.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—capable of engaging diverse audiences.
Deep understanding of commercial insurance products including property casualty, health, and life insurance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management.
Exceptional customer relationship building skills coupled with outstanding customer service orientation.
Analysis skills to evaluate client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage solutions.
Knowledge of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliance in all transactions.
Experience in benefits administration, telemarketing, or related sales activities is advantageous.
