Full Job Description

As an Administrative Legal Assistant, you are part of a team of legal professionals and must work closely with our lead paralegals. This is an in-office position responsible for assisting our lead paralegals with maintaining efficient and accurate legal services for our clients.

Administrative Legal Assistant Essential Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of cases
Prepare legal documents under the supervision of our lead paralegals
File documents electronically with the courts
Prepare and send correspondence including letters, emails, and legal notices

Essential Qualities:

Precision and Attention to Detail
Strong Time Management Skills
Clear Communication (Oral and Written), Follow-up, and Organization
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google)
1+ year of Data Entry/Clerical experience preferred
1+ year of Legal Assistant experience preferred but not required
