FlexTrades is hiring a Tool & Die Maker to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair progressive stamping dies while supporting production operations. This role plays a key part in keeping equipment running efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production schedules are met.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair progressive stamping dies and tooling.
- Respond to press downtime issues and perform in-press troubleshooting and repairs.
- Set up and support production stamping presses ranging from 60-ton to 330-ton capacity.
- Read and evaluate progressive strips to diagnose tooling and production issues.
- Inspect parts and verify quality requirements during setup and production runs.
- Review blueprints, prints, work instructions, and GD&T requirements.
- Document tooling history and setup information using established procedures.
- Support tool changeovers, die installations, and production startup activities.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, overhead cranes, and related material handling equipment.
- Work closely with production personnel to resolve tooling and process issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Tool & Die, tooling repair, or progressive stamping experience.
- Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining progressive dies.
- Experience setting up production stamping presses from 60T to 330T.
- Progressive stamping background required.
- Knowledge of Wintriss controls.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements.
- Experience performing in-press troubleshooting and press calls.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes safely.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and production quality requirements.
- Experience in medical, aerospace, or other precision manufacturing environments preferred.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $42/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
- Access to a full suite of benefits
- Travel Pay to and from the project
- Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room)
- Per diem ($45/day)
- Must meet drug test requirements
