The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you'll own and grow a southeast territory by developing new business opportunities, expanding strategic customer relationships, and partnering with leading colleges, universities, nursing programs, and simulation centers. This field-based role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact, build lasting partnerships, and drive meaningful growth in an evolving market.

Work Location

Realityworks AI is headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This is a fully remote position, working from a home office. Candidates must reside in either Florida, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

Grow territory revenue through new customer acquisition, account expansion, and retention.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution development through closing and post-sale follow-up.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline while accurately forecasting territory performance.
Develop strategic relationships with healthcare education leaders, faculty, and simulation professionals.
Identify customer needs and deliver tailored AI-powered solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
Guide customers through complex purchasing processes and decision-making cycles.
Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to maximize customer success and growth opportunities.
Represent Realityworks AI at industry events while staying current on healthcare education, simulation, and AI technology trends

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of successful field sales experience managing a defined territory
Experience selling into post-secondary healthcare education, nursing education, allied health programs, healthcare simulation centers, or similar markets
Proven experience selling both software and hardware solutions to post-secondary education institutions
Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships and generate new business opportunities
Experience managing complex consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
Experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Education, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience selling healthcare technology, AI software, educational technology, SaaS, or medical simulation solutions
Experience selling into nursing programs, allied health programs, simulation centers, community colleges, or universities
Existing relationships within post-secondary healthcare education
Familiarity with AI applications, simulation technologies, and emerging trends in healthcare education
Experience selling grant-funded, subscription-based, or enterprise technology solutions

Travel Requirements

Regular (up to 50%) travel throughout a multi-state territory to meet with customers, attend conferences, tradeshows, and industry events. Travel is typically by car and/or air.
