Full Job Description

Manager, Order to Cash Depoloyment (SAP / S4Hana Implementation)

Manager, Order to Cash Deployment (SAP / S4Hana Implementation) - Tampa, FL (hybrid)

Support the ONE O2C roadmap by driving Order-to-Cash process standardization, ERP deployments, requirements gathering, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner across Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, GBS, and IT to deliver process enhancements and future-state O2C capabilities.

Your Day-to-Day:

Support O2C transformation and ERP deployment projects
Serve as O2C SME for process design, requirements, testing, and deployment.
Lead business process documentation, UAT, and change management activities.
Drive standardization, process improvements, and governance initiatives.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and support project execution, risks, and milestones.

Who we’re looking for:

Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash knowledge, including Credit, Billing, Collections, Cash Application, and Accounts Receivable.
Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, or transformation projects; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
Strong understanding of O2C process design, controls, and best practices.
Proven ability to gather requirements, lead stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.

Annual Base Salary Range: $104,000 - $130,000
