Edifice shed company is looking for a driven, outgoing Product Consultant who enjoys building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and guiding clients through a meaningful purchasing experience. This is a consultative, commission-based role where your income is directly tied to your initiative, work ethic, follow-up and ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

Meet with customers to understand their needs, goals, and vision.
Guide clients through product options, customization, pricing, and design solutions.
Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, referrals, follow-up, and community outreach.
Build lasting relationships that create trust and earn customer referrals.
Follow Edifice's proven sales process while maintaining ownership of your sales pipeline.
Prepare quotes, maintain accurate customer records, and manage timely follow-up.
Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding service.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail sales, or consultative selling preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and technology to manage customer relationships.
Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work in person at our Las Cruces showroom.
