Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and memorable stay for all visitors. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel management software
Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
Handle reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
Process guest check-outs promptly while managing billing, payments, and night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy
Respond swiftly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies following hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and property management system entries for seamless operations
Support guest relations by providing personalized service that enhances their overall experience at the hotel

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests confidently
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries via phone and in person
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting
Previous hotel experience or resort background is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
