With continued expansion, executive support, and a focus on leadership development, this position offers excellent long-term growth potential and the ability to make a meaningful impact on both patients and staff.
As a Director of Nursing Pediatric Clinic, core responsibilities include multi-site operations leadership, staffing and budgeting, accreditation readiness, infection prevention, safety and Just Culture practices, patient access optimization, throughput and scheduling performance, evidence-based quality improvement, staff engagement and development, EHR and analytics adoption, and service recovery that sustains top-tier patient experience alongside a friendly, diverse, and highly skilled inter professional team. Reporting to a senior clinical nursing executive, the Director of Nursing Pediatric Clinic is supported by assistant nurse managers, clinical educators, practice administrators, informatics specialists, and care coordinators, with strong collaboration among physicians, APPs, pharmacy, PT/OT, social work, and case management.
