In concert with Supervisor or Maintenance Coordinator issue parts, consumables, equipment supplies in support of d aily/weekly PM ’s , Tasks, W ork orders based on frequency to optimize effective and efficient planned maintenance activities .
Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, or supplies stocked for efficient and effective inventory utilization
Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of equipment parts and/or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.
Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages. Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or salvage/scrap items for obsolete equipment.
Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel), email, general office equipment (scanner/copier/fax)
Demonstrate a proficiency and understanding of systems such as safety, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance as it related to documenting procedures and developing PM’s.
Physical Demands and Working Environment
The employee may be exposed to chemicals, wet, hot, humid and cold temperatures, moving machinery including forklift traffic, and noise levels exceeding 85dB.
Specific vision abilities required by the position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Able to walk, stand, stoop, bend, twist, climb, kneel throughout shift
Starting Range - $20.91 - $21.41 + $2 Night Shift Differential
