Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnosis and patient goals.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, injury prevention, and safe body mechanics.
Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
Collaborate with physical therapist assistants (PTAs), front office staff, and referring physicians to ensure continuity of care.
Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, feedback, and clinical judgment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
Stay current with best practices through ongoing continuing education and professional development.
Uphold HIPAA and ethical standards in all patient interactions and clinical procedures.
Support and contribute to a positive team culture aligned with LVL UP Physical Therapy's mission: "Don't Just Feel Better, Level Up."

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Licensure: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing or eligibility for licensure.
Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation exercises.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and educate patients.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with patients, motivate them, and maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere throughout their recovery.
Problem Solving: Critical thinking and adaptability to adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently, complete accurate documentation, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best patient care possible.

Compensation

$75,000–$95,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications
Quarterly profit-sharing bonuses available after completing the first 90 days
