The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of general administrative functions and clerical duties to support the site Director and the director’s organization. The Administrative Assistant is a highly organized, key representative of the T-Mobile organization. The Administrative Assistant will embody the T-Mobile brand, culture, and values daily in supporting business operations.

Works to create a positive, welcoming, and inclusive experience for our customer experience center employees and visitors.
Amplifies the T-Mobile brand, culture, and values daily in supporting business operations.
Performs event planning responsibilities including executive visits, site tours, large business meetings, and celebrations.
Prepares presentations, reports and organizational charts using a wide variety of software systems including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other software systems as needed
Balance multiple projects, prepare, and monitor invoices and expense reports. May assist with compiling and developing annual budget. Balance multiple projects. Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports. Compile, manage, develop budget.
Coordinate and manage schedules, arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, events, time off, etc.
Create communications on pertinent information to cascade and ensure region synergy.
Maintain knowledge and act as a resource for the business unit’s policies and procedures. May file help desk tickets to update/correct permissions.
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Represents as an extension of Region culture and Leadership Team

High School Diploma/GED
2-4 years working experience in providing administrative support.
Knowledge of Administrative Support, Organizing, Communication, Microsoft Office
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $47,109 - $85,001

National Base Pay Range: $21.57 - $38.92

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance. Actual earnings included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflect target performance; actual payouts may vary.
