Job Title: Housekeeping/Laundry
Location: 1236 S Las Vegas Blvd.

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking housekeeper to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall positive experience for our guests. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, are organized, and can collaborate effectively with others in a fast-paced environment. They also enjoy engaging with guests and thrive in a social environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard of hygiene and comfort. As well as occasional perimeter upkeep.
Restock supplies and linens as needed.
Follow safety and cleaning protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning quotas while maintaining attention to detail.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and team members.
Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests during check-ins, check-outs, and throughout their stay.
Actively engage with guests, including participating in events and outings.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning protocols.
Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks.
A team player who can work collaboratively and support others.
Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
Physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Experience:

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hostel setting.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
Comfortable working in a social and team-oriented environment.

Benefits:

Full-time, paid position.
Option to live on-site at a reduced staff rate, managed through reception.
