MD² Las Vegas Southwest is a new, exclusive concierge primary care practice scheduled to open in November 2026. The practice will be led by two of the most renowned internists in the area, and together with their three spectacular medical staff members, deliver an exquisite level of care to 50 select families in a private and beautifully appointed office setting. By dedicating their practice to such a small number of families, only MD² physicians can change the experience of healthcare for their discerning patients.

As the founder of concierge medicine in 1996, MD² remains the most prestigious provider of personalized medicine in the country, spanning the nation with 40 meticulously curated medical practices and counting. This is medicine in the ideal for those who expect excellence in all aspects of their lives.

About You

MD² Las Vegas Southwest is hiring a seasoned Licensed Practical Nurse, with outstanding medical skills as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. This full-time position provides a unique nursing experience, where caring for your patients is a joy and a gift and care is no longer dictated by minutes on the clock. A Day in the Life

In this position you will work with two other medical staff members to perform various primary care tasks in addition to clinic administrative duties, with the goal of delivering unparalleled experiences to your patients, at each and every touchpoint. We believe that a truly great experience (unknown in healthcare) is made up of every considered detail, which is why we remain best-in-class. Some of your responsibilities would include:

Greet patients at the door and assist them throughout their appointment.
Ensure the highest level of empathy, kindness and understanding in delivering patient care.
Contribute to the professional atmosphere of the office, from your attire to your communications.
Maintain the strictest level of patient confidentiality.
Work in unison with your colleagues and physicians to deliver the highest level of operational and clinical standards.
Ensure effective, ongoing communication between practice physicians and staff.
Develop relationships with key specialists in order to facilitate patient care.

Job Requirements:

Must be a seasoned nursing professional; 5+ years of primary practice / clinic experience is desired.
Appreciation of the unique nature of our practice model and related demands.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and highly developed ability to actively listen to others.
Ability to draw blood with ease.
Ability to perform or become proficient with spirometry, EKG, audiogram and stress tests.
Ability and willingness to comply with company and industry operational standards and requirements.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Aptitude for operation and troubleshooting of computer software programs.
Ability to work as an effective member of a small, tight-knit team.
Demonstrated integrity, professional maturity and leadership skills.
Valid drivers license and ability to make house/office calls.
