Full Job Description

Make a difference every day while building an exciting career in fitness at OsiBodyFit fitness boutique-As a Personal Trainer (PT) at OsiBodyFit you will lead classes, of up to 6 members, giving you exposure to potential new personal training clients. You will also work one-on-one and in small groups with members to help them achieve their fitness goals. These goals could be strength and conditioning, general wellness, weight loss, or better athletic skills.

QualificationRequirements:

Must possess Nationally Accredited Personal or Group Training Certification (AFAA,ACE, NASM, NSCA, or ACSM).
Must possess current CPR/AED certification
Must have experience leading group training
Must have experience as a Personal Trainer/Instructor

Job Responsibilities:

Must always be prompt and reliable
Deliver branded preprogrammed workouts to teams of up to 6 clients
Ensure safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise technique
Assist in marketing initiatives and promotion of studio
Assist in membership growth and retention

Skills and Abilities:

Must be eager to work with people of varying backgrounds and fitness levels
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of exercise technique and variations
Must have excellent communication skills
Must present themselves in a manner that promotes fitness and wellness
Must have the ability to work flexible and/or varying hours
Must demonstrate the value of personal training by creating an outstanding personal training experience for new and existing clients
Must motivate and inspire clients to get results by setting goals and tracking progress
Must prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals that include appropriate exercise selection and teaching a fitness lifestyle.
Must understand the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
Must be able to coach, motivate and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey
Provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base

Experience:

Personal and Group Training: 2years (Required )

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

License:

Personal Trainer (Certification through ACE, NASM, ISSA, or ACSM required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
