As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.

Position Overview

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining a variety of company data, including project details, customer information, and inventory records. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input, verify, and update information in company databases and systems.

Review and correct data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Prepare and organize source documents for data entry.

Generate and distribute regular reports from database systems.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Support administrative and project teams with data-related tasks as needed.

Follow data entry procedures and company policies to maintain data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Data Clerk, or similar administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data management software.

Strong typing speed and accuracy.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
