We specialize in protecting businesses with customized commercial insurance solutions including General Liability, Commercial Property, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, and other business coverages. Prior commercial insurance or B2B sales experience preferred
Must be comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a competitive drive
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new commercial insurance opportunities through outbound calling, networking, and referrals
Conduct risk assessments and present customized insurance solutions
Develop and maintain a growing book of business
Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Manage renewals and identify cross-sell opportunities
Provide professional, responsive service to commercial clients
Maintain disciplined pipeline activity and follow-up

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this commission-only?
No. We provide a base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities.

Will I need to generate my own leads?
Yes and no. This role requires proactive outbound prospecting. We provide databases, tools, support, and marketing resources, but success depends on your willingness to hunt for new business.

Is prior commercial insurance experience required?
Preferred, but strong B2B sales professionals with a proven track record will be considered.

What can I expect to earn in year one?
