Full Job Description

$21–$25/hour · Monday–Friday, 8:00 to 4:00 · No nights, no weekends, no on-call.

If you're the person who catches what everyone else misses, keep reading.

You're the one who notices the expiration date nobody flagged. The one whose files are actually organized. The one who follows up a third time because the answer still hasn't come in.

That skill is the entire job here.

USAFE keeps trucking companies compliant with DOT and FMCSA regulations. When a driver's file is missing a document or a certification quietly expires, that carrier can be shut down — trucks parked, revenue stopped. Your accuracy is what prevents that. This is detailed, procedural, genuinely important work, and if that's the kind of work you're good at, you'll like it here.

No trucking or DOT experience required. We train you on all of it.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain driver qualification (DQ) files and compliance records
Track document and license expiration dates, and act on them before they lapse
Contact clients and drivers to collect missing documents — and follow up until you have them
Review submissions for missing or incorrect information, and escalate what needs escalating
Perform accurate data entry and maintain clean digital records in our CRM
Work from established checklists, procedures, and SOPs
Prioritize urgent compliance items so nothing time-sensitive slips

What You Bring

Strong attention to detail and accuracy — this is the #1 requirement
Highly organized, able to juggle multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines
Confident follow-up skills: comfortable calling and emailing people repeatedly for missing paperwork
Professional phone, email, and written communication
Dependable and able to work independently once trained
Comfortable with data entry, digital records, and learning new software
Basic to intermediate computer skills; Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
Able to stay accurate through repetitive administrative work
Discretion with confidential and sensitive documentation
A customer-service mindset — professional even with difficult or unresponsive clients
Comfortable asking a question instead of guessing
