Full Job Description

Job Purpose: The Organic Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager is a hands-on expert responsible for establishing and executing a pre-approved organic growth and lifecycle marketing strategy for Dollar Loan Center. This role drives online visibility, qualified lead generation, customer engagement, and retention through SEO, email marketing, SMS communications, reputation management, content strategy, local search optimization, and conversion-focused digital initiatives. The manager is responsible for overseeing all lifecycle marketing channels including email automation, text messaging campaigns, customer journey communications, and organic search performance across Dollar Loan Center digital properties. This role partners directly with the full-stack developer on website architecture, technical SEO, analytics integrations, and conversion optimization initiatives while supporting leadership with reporting dashboards, actionable insights, and performance analysis. This position requires a highly analytical, performance-driven marketer with experience managing customer lifecycle campaigns, SEO strategy, local search visibility, and marketing analytics within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS)

Establish and execute comprehensive email marketing and SMS lifecycle strategies aligned with company growth objectives, customer engagement goals, and conversion targets.
Ensure all email and SMS marketing initiatives comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable consumer finance marketing regulations.
Own and manage Dollar Loan Center’s lifecycle communication strategy including welcome campaigns, lead nurturing flows, abandoned application journeys, re-engagement campaigns, promotional messaging, repayment communications where applicable, and retention initiatives.
Oversee and optimize email and SMS marketing platforms including Mailchimp, SlickText, or similar lifecycle marketing systems.
Develop customer segmentation strategies based on behavior, engagement, application status, geography, and customer lifecycle stage.
Conduct ongoing A/B testing of messaging, subject lines, offers, cadence, creative assets, and send strategies to improve engagement and conversion performance.
Monitor and improve key lifecycle marketing metrics including deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversion rates, opt-out rates, engagement trends, and customer retention performance.

SEO & Organic Growth

Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, qualified loan applications, and local market search visibility across Dollar Loan Center digital properties.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, and search intent strategy focused on high-intent financial and lending-related queries.
Improve technical SEO performance including website architecture, internal linking, schema implementation, crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals, and page performance.
Partner directly with the full-stack developer on website architecture decisions, SEO enhancements, URL structure, technical improvements, and conversion optimization initiatives.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic quality, conversion funnels, local SEO visibility, and competitive positioning across all markets.
Improve directory listings, local citations, and Google Business Profile optimization to strengthen local organic search performance.
Conduct regular SEO audits and implement optimization recommendations to improve rankings, site authority, and user engagement.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Experience in managing and leading a team of marketing professionals.
Preferred experience in a financial, retail or lending organization
Demonstrated experience in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using marketing software and tools to drive campaign success.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
