Office Administrator / Title Clerk

Motorsport & Marine Dealership – GT Toyz

GT Toyz is a fast-paced powersports and marine dealership representing leading brands in motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft, and boats. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator / Title Clerk to join our team and help keep dealership operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys administrative work, and can confidently handle paperwork, accounting support, and DMV processing with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Process vehicle titles, registrations, liens, and DMV paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and submit documentation for retail finance deals to lenders and financial institutions
Assist with daily accounting tasks, including invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliation of accounts
Stock in new inventory units using manufacturer invoices and price lists
Maintain organized deal jackets and vehicle documentation files
Perform daily cash reconciliations and assist with balancing deposits
Verify invoices, MSOs/MCOs, and supporting dealership documentation
Coordinate with sales, finance, service, and accounting departments to ensure paperwork accuracy
Monitor and follow up on outstanding title or lender documentation
Maintain compliance with dealership procedures and New York State requirements

Qualifications

Previous dealership office, title clerk, DMV, or accounting experience preferred
Experience in motorsports, marine, automotive, or RV dealership environments is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, accounting software, and dealership management systems
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

DMV/title processing
Dealership accounting support
Accounts payable/receivable
Finance deal processing
DealerSocket, Lightspeed, CDK, or similar DMS platforms
