JOB TITLE: Marketing Executive Assistant
DEPARTMENT: PLAYERS CLUB/MARKETING
REPORTS TO: MARKETING MANAGER
SALARY: $ 60,000 ANNUALLY / EXEMPT / FULL-TIME
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must qualify for gaming license
- Cannot be convicted of a felony
- Training in Casino Tracking system and or experience a plus
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the workplace (English)
- Previous Customer Service or Public Relations position (i.e., retail, sales, food service) and data entry
- Must have a positive outlook and like to work in a team environment
- Strong computer and social media skills a plus
- Must be comfortable approaching people, speaking with strangers and able to handle conflict and problem solve calmly and effectively during high conflict situations
- Requires being on your feet most of the shift; walking, bending, repetitive motions, reaching, sitting, standing, finger dexterity
- Supervise, train, and schedule Player Club Representatives; conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance with policies.
- Resolve guest complaints, handle inquiries regarding player accounts, and provide high-level service to drive retention.
- Oversee, coordinate, and monitor marketing promotions, drawings, and giveaways on the casino floor.
- Ensure accurate enrollment, data integrity, and tracking of player activity in the casino system.
- Prepare daily reports on member activity, manage promotional inventory, and follow Tribal/Gaming regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing, slot, and table games departments to support promotions and VIP guest needs
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must work weekends, nights, and holidays
- daily, weekly, or monthly reports to manager as required
- Responsible for the highest standard of customer service including greeting customers, establishing a relationship with customers, and enrolling customers in the casino/slots club
- Must ensure the highest standard of customer service is always maintained, anticipate customer needs and requirements, and promote a congenial environment
- Use diplomacy, patience and control when dealing with a dissatisfied customer and refer any unresolved disputes to the Shift Manager at the earliest opportunity
- Assist management in identifying new/regular players
- Have knowledge of all promotions including both current and pending
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Scheduling, oversight, and ensuring staff meet expectations of the casino
- Managing workflow.
- Training new hires.
- Creating and managing team schedules.
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
- Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities.
- Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
- All other duties assigned

The position requires the ability to process information using computer methods and technology, at times for more than 50% of the work time. Must be able to move chairs, tables, and event props as necessary.
