Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Doorman to welcome guests and create a positive first impression for our restaurant. The ideal candidate is personable, attentive, and committed to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming entrance.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Open doors and welcome guests as they arrive and depart.
Assist guests with directions, seating information, and general questions.
Monitor the restaurant entrance to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
Help manage guest flow during busy periods.
Communicate effectively with hosts, managers, and staff as needed.
Provide assistance to guests with accessibility needs when appropriate.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Previous hospitality, customer service, security, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

Evening and weekend required.
Holiday availability may be required.
