Schedule: Monday - Friday - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Rate: $80,000 - $93,000 / salary (experience and licensed based)

Responsibilities for Nurse Supervisor

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care is delivered.
Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practices.
Manage patient assessments, care plans, and documentation using EHR systems.
Ensure compliance with CPR and First Aid protocols, maintaining certifications.
Facilitate communication between healthcare teams and patients to enhance care outcomes.
Train and mentor nursing staff

Requirement

Unencumbered Active Registered Nurse or LPN license
Minimum of 5 years of Long-Term Care experience
Must have a kind, patient and empathetic personality as well as a commitment to providing patients with the best possible care
Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the willingness to help where and when it is needed
Up to date CPR and first aid certification
Leadership and organizational ability
Must display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care.
Must have patience, tact, and cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
