RNR Tire Express is calling all goal-oriented individuals in the area to apply to join our team full-time as a Sales Representative! This isn't just another retail job - it's a performance-based opportunity with a team that will train you, support you, and give you a real path to advance

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Physical ability to lift and organize heavy product

Basic computer skills

Experience in customer service or as a sales rep, sales manager, or account representative is helpful but NOT REQUIRED

Competitive, goal-driven mindset

Strong communication skills and confidence talking to customers

Coachable and willing to learn

Because you are our customers' initial contact, you are the face of our company. And, you are always sure to provide top-notch customer service to make a great impression. Spending the majority of your time on the phone, you consult with potential customers about our products and services. Once sales are made, you accurately process orders and ensure customer satisfaction. You are an effective closer who helps ensure that we have a steady flow of business.
