Blackledge Painting is a growing residential painting company serving the pine belt area. We specialize in high-quality interior and exterior repaints for homeowners who expect professionalism and craftsmanship.

This is a full-time W-2 position with steady, year-round work and opportunity to advance into leadership roles.

What You Will Do
- All aspects of Interior and exterior residential painting
- Fine cutting in and brush/roll finish work
- Masking, covering, and protecting homes properly
- Sanding, caulking, patching, and prep work
- Finish Spraying (Cabinets, trim, etc)
- Working inside of occupied homes.
Pay & Schedule
- Full-time position
- Consistent hours
- W-2 employee (not subcontractor/1099)
- Raises based on performance and reliability
- Advancement opportunities to Crew Lead
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a reliable master of the craft, not just someone who has held a paint brush on and off for 4yrs.
Requirements:
- 4+ years painting experience
- Able produce masterful finish work
- Shows up on time consistently
- Good attitude and respectful communication
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Professional Expectations (Important)
Because we work in customers’ homes, professionalism matters.
Employees must:
- Pass a background check
- Be drug-free
- Treat homeowners and their properties respectfully
- Not use profanity around customers
