Energy Advisors use their knowledge of residential energy best practices to offer solutions to homeowners who are uncomfortable with the climate in their home.

Our company is seeking an Energy Advisor to join our team of highly skilled professionals.

We're looking for an individual who has experience working with customers, has exceptional communication skills and is capable of managing their own time and the time of others with strong leadership skills. We do not require Home Performance sales experience because we will offer in-house training.

Output: We are looking for hardworking, ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team. Our company prioritizes customer satisfaction, so we are interested in hiring individuals with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions, as well as excellent problem solving skills. Sales Representatives are the highest earning careers at Terra Home Performance and are therefore required to be critical thinkers. The right candidate will also be able to communicate effectively with both customers and management.

Responsibilities:

Conduct multiple Sales Appointments a day in-person
Represent Terra Home Performance in a Professional Manner
Diagnose inefficient components of a building
Use Infrared Cameras
Offer solutions for Customers
Stay up to date with new building practices and science.
Communicate with Managers and trainers.
Attend trainings
Listen to customers problems and make appropriate recommendations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,300.00 - $105,000.00 per year
