Healing Care Hospice is 1 out of 7 Hospices in California, that has a 3 out of 5 STAR Rating on MediCare.gov

Healing Care Hospice is seeking an experienced and passionate 3 Business Development Area Managers, that can cover the Los Angeles County and surrounding areas, and San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas, to join our growing Hospice Agency. We are looking for candidates who can not only deliver consistent results but also embody and represent our values and culture out in the community. We are a team of mission-oriented, patient-care-focused, good-natured people who are striving to provide a level of care that we can all be proud of, within a work environment that we can all be excited about.

*** This position is Field and Area based, which means representative would spend 95% of their time out of the office and developing relationships in the community to generate referrals to our agency. You will need to be open-minded to drive 40-50 miles at times ***

A successful candidate offers a proven track record in Healthcare Sales & Marketing with existing relationships and key hospice referral sources, including physicians, hospital staff, SNF administrators and staff, and long-term care environments.
You must possess the skills and experience to effectively develop new markets and referral sources, provide outstanding customer service, and work seamlessly with the clinical team to effectuate smooth care transitions.
Hospice Service Representative experience a MUST.

We have a solid clinical team, so you can feel confident that we will deliver excellent care and service to your referrals even in clinically complex situation so you can build and grow your referral network with confidence.
