Full Job Description

Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable/Payable Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of Land Escapes. This position is responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with various departments to optimize revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Duties

Manage and supervise ar/ap team to ensure efficient processing of invoices and collections.
Oversee daily operations related to ar/ap, including data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective revenue cycle management.
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting, to streamline financial processes.
Prepare regular reports on performance and present findings to senior management.
Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards and medical terminology as applicable.
Utilize Quickbooks for accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

Proven experience in ar/ap or a similar financial services role.
Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Familiarity with accounting practices is preferred.
Experience with revenue cycle management processes.
Proficiency in accounting software Quickbooks.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
