What You’ll Do:

Work directly with clients to assess their needs and offer tailored insurance and financial strategies
Earn commission on new business, based on a percentage of the first-year premium
Continue to earn through renewal commissions on in-force policies
Receive leads, digital tools, and ongoing training to support business development
Work toward securities licensing and financial advisory if desired

Security Industry Essentials (SIE®) exam* support with a $2,000 bonus upon completion
New agent production match – earn up to $17,000 in additional income during your first year
Quarterly bonus program – top producers may earn up to $75,000 annually in performance bonuses

This is an entry-level exam administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) that is a crucial step for individuals seeking to become Financial Advisors.

Compensation Overview:

This role is commission-based, with additional income from bonuses and incentives. Earnings grow over time and reflect both new business and client retention. Below is one example of potential annual compensation for someone building a practice with Bankers Life:
