Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Concierge to oversee the daily operations of our front desk. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients while managing administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in medical administrative support.

Duties

Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and optimize patient appointments to ensure efficient clinic flow.
Patient Intake & Paperwork: Manage patient check-ins, complete intake forms, and maintain accurate records.
Billing & Invoicing: Process patient payments and manage financial records using QuickBooks.
Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing friendly, professional, and compassionate support.
Organization & Support: Maintain a well-organized front office, supporting clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in a medical administrative role or similar position. Key qualifications include:

Proficiency in office management practices.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Experience with documentation review and care plan management.
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
