Starting Immediately through the end of the School Year 2026-7, with the potential to turn permanent or renew year over year.
*For Virtual Only applicants: The position can be filled virtually until an in-person or hybrid therapist is found but with the possibility to turn permanent if none are located.
Pay:
$62+/hour, all hours paid (direct and indirect) at the same rate
Schedule:
Full-Time
40 hours per week (7:30a-3:30p Monday to Friday)

✅ About the Role
We’re seeking Vermont-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person speech therapy services to PreS–12th grade students in Vermont public schools.
Services include:
- Conducting speech-language screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions
- Writing, maintaining, and implementing IEPs and therapy documentation
- Attending IEP meetings and participating in case management
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff
Caseloads are matched based on your availability and preferences.
✅ What You’ll Need
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA CCCs (required)
- Current Vermont State SLP license (required)
- Current Vermont Professional Educator License with the Educational Speech Language Pathologist endorsement (Endorsement #84) -- (required)
- 1 year of school-based experience (preferred but not required)
