Starting Pay: $10 per hour plus commission opportunities
At Mokara Solutions, we believe beauty and wellness go hand in hand. We offer hair services, facials, massage therapy, red light therapy, bioenergetic testing, ionic foot baths, wellness coaching, and more. Our goal is to help people look and feel their best while creating an experience that makes them feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, loves learning, and wants hands-on experience in business, marketing, customer service, and sales. This position is much more than answering phones. You'll be a key part of helping our salon run smoothly while supporting the growth of the business.
This position would be a great fit for a student or recent graduate studying business, marketing, communications, hospitality, entrepreneurship, or a related field who wants real-world experience working in a growing company.
What You'll Do
- Answer phones and help guests schedule appointments.
- Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
- Learn our services and help guests find the providers and treatments that best fit their needs.
- Manage appointment scheduling and help keep the day running smoothly.
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally.
- Support our stylists, estheticians, massage therapists, and wellness team.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Follow up with guests regarding appointments and promotions.
- Encourage guests to leave reviews and share their experiences.
- Assist with social media, marketing projects, and community outreach when needed.
- Help promote Red Light Therapy memberships and wellness programs.
- Recommend retail products that support our guests' goals.
- Track leads, memberships, and other growth opportunities.
- Assist with administrative projects and business development initiatives.

- Dependable and self-motivated.
- Someone who sees what needs to be done and jumps in to help.
- Interest in business, marketing, sales, wellness, or entrepreneurship is a plus.
Compensation & Growth
Starting pay is $10 per hour with opportunities to earn commission on retail product sales and Red Light Therapy membership enrollments.
As Mokara Solutions continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and gain valuable experience in business operations, marketing, sales, customer retention, and leadership.
