The Role
We are hiring a cabinet builder— a builder who takes ownership of cabinet construction, quality, and execution. If you have experience working on Homag CNC machines it is a HUGE plus and will earn you top dollar for this job.
You will be supporting the lead builder in helping to cut, assemble and get many thing accompslihed on the build side.
Additionally, for the first 6-12 months in this role you will be spending time as a field tech working with the lead installer on installation and removal of cabinets.
These things are critical in order to grow in his role into an lead builder role.

Essential Job Functions
The Cabinet Builder and Installers must be able to consistently perform the following essential functions:
Cabinet Building & Construction
- Build and assemble cabinet boxes and components to professional standards
- Work accurately from measurements, drawings, and job details
- Ensure cabinets are square, consistent, and properly prepared for finishing
- Identify and resolve build issues without constant supervision
Shop Equipment & Production Support
- Operate standard cabinet shop equipment including saws, sanders, edgebanders, and related tools
- Comfortably work with CNC-produced components and digital cut lists
- Collaborate with ownership on production flow and improvements
Installation
- Following plans
- taking measurements and detailed photos
- Working as a support to the lead installer
Expectation: The Lead Cabinet Builder is expected to be comfortable working in a modern cabinet shop that uses CNC equipment and software, but this role is focused on building, quality, and execution rather than full-time programming or optimization.
Communication & Shop Standards
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with ownership and teammates
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Follow all safety and shop procedures
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven ability to build cabinets at a professional level
- Ability to work cohesively with installers and finishers
- Experience working in a cabinet shop environment with modern equipment
- Comfort working with CNC-produced parts and cabinet software outputs
- Ability to adapt to digital workflows without needing constant support
- Reliable attendance and strong personal accountability
- Alignment with Renew Medic’s mission, values, and principles
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience operating CNC machinery and edgebanders
- Experience with Mosaic or similar cabinet software
- Experience in restoration or fast-turn environments
- Experience mentoring or leading other builders
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This position involves physical labor essential to cabinet manufacturing and restoration work.
The employee must be able to:
- Safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Stand and work on their feet for extended periods
- Bend, kneel, crouch, and handle large sheets of cabinet materials
- Work safely around machinery, dust, and noise using required PPE
