Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored technology solutions. Your enthusiasm for sales and excellent communication skills will help expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities through warm and cold leads
Engage with potential clients via phone, utilizing consultative selling techniques to identify their needs and present appropriate solutions
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that target B2B clients in the technology sector
Maintain a high level of product knowledge related to sales technology adoption, including Salesforce Cloud and other sales tools
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales within a B2B environment
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently
Familiarity with CRM software, especially Salesforce or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Knowledge of sales technology tools such as Salesforce Cloud and other sales automation platforms
Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities
Ability to understand technical products related to A/V or related industries is a plus
Demonstrated ability to adopt new sales technologies quickly and effectively
