Part-Time Pool Service Technician
Location: Austin, TX
Job Type: Part-time
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience, reliability, performance, and growth in the role
Expected Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week to start, with the opportunity for more hours as the route grows
About Us
We are a growing, tech-forward pool service and repair company serving residential pool owners across the Austin area.
We are building a modern pool care company with a startup mindset. That means we move quickly, use technology, measure performance, improve our systems, and look for team members who want to grow with the business.
We are not trying to be the typical pool company. We are building a higher-standard service business focused on professionalism, consistency, communication, documentation, proactive issue detection, and customer trust.
Our technicians do more than clean pools. They help protect each customer’s pool, water quality, equipment, property, and overall experience. Every visit is an opportunity to deliver great service, identify issues early, and help customers feel confident that their pool is being properly cared for.
We use technology platforms, mobile field service tools, service checklists, photos, notes, reporting, and performance metrics to help our team work efficiently, communicate clearly, and deliver a better customer experience.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants meaningful part-time work now, enjoys working outdoors, wants to learn the pool industry, and is interested in growing with a company over time.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, coachable, proactive, customer-oriented, comfortable with technology, and willing to follow a consistent service process.
