We’re looking for driven individuals to join our Entry-Level Management Training Program.

You’ll start as a Sales Representative learning our proven hybrid inside and outside sales system.

Unlike traditional outside sales roles, we train our representatives to become a dual inside/outside closing threat — capable of meeting clients and presenting solutions face to face while also learning how to conduct virtual presentations and close high-ticket opportunities remotely.

The goal is to develop well-rounded sales professionals who can close in the field, close virtually, and work opportunities across multiple markets.

As you perform, you’ll have the opportunity to train others, develop leadership skills, and advance into management.

What You’ll Do

Meet commercial and residential property owners
Conduct property evaluations and in-person sales presentations
Present commercial and residential roofing and restoration solutions
Conduct virtual sales presentations
Learn to close high-ticket opportunities both in person and remotely
Work on large commercial roofing and restoration opportunities
Identify potential storm, hail, and wind damage
Build long-term client relationships
Close commercial and residential projects
Participate in ongoing sales, closing, leadership, and personal development training
