Job Title: Aesthetic Injector (PA or NP) High-End, Physician-Led Plastic Surgery Practice

We are partnered with a premier, physician-led plastic surgery and aesthetic practice seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Aesthetic Injector to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled provider with advanced aesthetic experience who is confident performing complex treatments and managing a full patient schedule in a performance-driven, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform neuromodulator treatments, including full-face and neck applications
Administer biostimulators for face and body, including Radiesse
Execute advanced dermal filler procedures, including tear trough, temple, facial balancing, and liquid facelift techniques
Utilize cannula injection techniques for facial, neck, and body treatments
Provide laser skin rejuvenation, RF microneedling, and other energy-based services
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized, long-term treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to all safety and compliance standards
Participate in ongoing education, training, and skill advancement initiatives

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience
Active and unrestricted NP or PA license
Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques
Strong consultation, communication, and patient relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans

Preferred Qualifications

Proven success with treatment plan conversion and service expansion
Professional and active social media presence showcasing aesthetic work (e.g., Instagram)
Existing client base, with the drive and ability to grow a loyal patient following
