Full Job Description

Title: Billing Coordinator

Department: Business Services

Reports Into: Assistant Controller, Revenue

Position Type: Hourly

Average Hours: 40 hours per week with the potential for overtime as needed.

Wage: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Summary: The Billing Coordinator contributes to various aspects of the Business Services department. This position is responsible for invoicing Clark Service Group’s customers as well as assisting with accounts receivable, reconciling Service Technicians' payroll, and other areas as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Invoicing to customers across multiple divisions.
Process credit card payments and assist Accounts Receivable in C.O.D. aged collectibles.
Upload invoices and reconcile third-party billing portals.
Assist in settling invoice related concerns.
Daily reconciliation of technician payroll hours.
Maintain positive working relationships with vendors and customers, ensure contact information is current and complete, and resolve any issues timely and respectfully.
Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
Other tasks and projects assigned by the Business Services management team.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent.
1 or more years of billing and customer service experience
Global Edge knowledge (preferred)
Service Channel, Corrigo, Ecotrak and invoicing portal experience (preferred)

Job Qualifications:

Strong Excel skills necessary.
Effective oral and written communication skills necessary.
Ability to work within a team and independently.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to think critically and good problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands:

This job requires the visual ability to perform detailed work at close distances

(computer screens, accounting ledgers).

Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (repetitive motion).
Ability to sit or stand in front of a computer screen for long periods of time.
Ability to communicate verbally via telephone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
