Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various systems to support operational efficiency and data integrity. Your technical proficiency, organizational skills, and commitment to confidentiality will be essential in ensuring seamless data flow and reliable record-keeping. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical and administrative expertise within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Enter and update data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and spreadsheets with precision and speed
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for data entry, analysis, and report generation using pivot tables and formulas
Manage large volumes of information through efficient typing, 10-key keypad operations, and word processing tasks
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling customer records and internal documents
Organize files systematically through digital filing systems and physical document management processes
Conduct data collection activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
Support administrative functions such as order entry, transcription, filing, and basic math calculations for data validation

Experience

Proven clerical or office experience with a focus on data entry or administrative support
Familiarity with database systems, spreadsheets, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Strong computer skills including proficiency in data entry in Excel and knowledge of ERP systems is preferred
Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
Basic math skills for data validation and calculations during entry processes
Previous experience in customer service or office environments is advantageous but not mandatory
