We're looking for a high-energy person who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building trust, creating opportunities, and isn't afraid to kick open new doors.

This isn't a high-pressure sales position.

It's a relationship-building role where success comes from creating connections, opening conversations, becoming a trusted resource, and helping clients bring great projects to life.

If you're the person who walks into a room and naturally starts conversations, loves making introductions, sees opportunity where others don't, and gets excited about growing something bigger than yourself, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

You'll spend your time building meaningful relationships throughout the Kansas City commercial development community with:

Property owners
Property managers
Commercial real estate professionals
Developers
Architects
Engineers
Healthcare organizations
Business owners
Community leaders

You'll:

Build new relationships every week and strengthen existing ones.
Be proactive—not waiting for opportunities, but creating them.
Knock on doors (literally and figuratively) to introduce Camm Construction to future clients and partners.
Identify projects early—before they're publicly bid.
Become a trusted resource people think of when construction questions arise.
Work closely with our estimating and operations teams to help position projects for success.
Stay connected with clients throughout the construction process to ensure an exceptional experience.
Represent Camm Construction at networking events, industry organizations, community activities, and local business functions.
Help grow Camm's online presence by contributing ideas, capturing jobsite stories, creating simple social media content, and celebrating our people, projects, and community involvement.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary (Base: $55k-$70k, then commission for each project landed)
Performance-based commission
$450 monthly vehicle allowance
