What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
Implement individualized treatment plans.
Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills.
Create engaging, play-based therapy sessions.
Collect accurate session data and complete documentation.
Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow RBTs.
Lead fun activities, sensory play, crafts, and educational games.
Help children build confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills.
Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

Is a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Has a passion for working with children with autism.
Is energetic, positive, patient, and creative.
Enjoys collaborating with a supportive team.
Has excellent communication skills.
Can actively engage with children throughout the day, including sitting on the floor and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Can successfully pass a criminal background check.

Compensation & BenefitsPay
